Iron Cross Second Class from Vienna

Hello all, this is my first post and I am very new to this hobby, less than 1 month !!!

I bought this Iron Cross second class in Vienna last week for 90 euros.

Is it a genuine cross and did I pay a fair price ?

EDITED - as wrong opinion presented. ribbon seems btw cut off the uniform, therefore not coming with that cross
