That is an interesting cross. The suspension ring looks as fat as the ribbon ring. The reverse pic almost looks like the Latvian cross. Perfect beading and bluish tint to the frame. I am not saying it's fake, it just resembles those pics that shows the Latvian fakes. Hopefully someone can I.D. it for you.

I cant say what maker it is. But i dont think it´s a fake, frames shows nice silver contend in them. And i agree that small ring was fat .
