EK 2 #2 - Good or Bad?

Here's another EK2 I just pulled out. It has a number on the ring but I'm unable to make it out. It's non-magnetic.

Is this a good or bad one?

very nice cross, 27 are usually nicely marked. Somebody was tired most likely

interesting piece , IMO a good Schenkl type,but the corners have rounder IMO homemade piece ,but I like it
