Knights Cross Ribbon ?

What are your thoughts on this ribbon?
It measures 7.5 inches in length and about 1.5 inches wide.
It does not glow and has 14 white threads.
I have my doubts.

Anytime you see those reinforced edges on a ribbon you can bet
it's a newer reproduction. Something to always look for.
