Iron Cross & East Front Medal on a 6 Bar Set. Advice please.

Seven Medals on a Bar including an Iron Cross and an Eastern Front Medal. I’m not sure what all the other medals are, - one is a Hochwassermedalle (High Water Medal) and another is a 25 year Good Service Medal in the Fire Brigade. They are probably Austrian post war Awards as two of the medals have what I believe to be the white panther on a green background – which is the coat of arms of Styria, Austria.
What should I do, I simply want to sell the medals….but do I keep them all together as ONE BAR or take the WW2 medals off and sell them separately? What sort of value would the complete Bar have with all the medals….any ideas?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Quite interesting medal bar, hard to say if postwar assemble.

Owner might be a veteran who put all awards up. Nevertheless, I would vote for a post war one as real a veteran would most likely put there 1957 version so he could wear it.
