Opinions on a "107" EK2

Any input is appreciated. I know that "107" marked crosses arent on the accepted makers list, BUT Id like to figure out (with the help of the fine members of WAF ) if its a bad cross altogether, or a good cross which had the makers mark added post war. Ive seen both scenarios on these crosses. Any help is appreciated thank you.

IMO it's so called Frankenstein - fake frame (like this from my photos) and good "S&L design" core.
