As JC said nice Mayer, the box is a generic one and is sometimes stamped with the maker's stamp that made the spange.

I was interested in knowing as much as possible about this one, whether it was maker marked to the reverse, and whether it belonged in an LDO box... etc etc

Really nice mint LDO box
Not the greatest expert on clasps, but they sure look great with that much finish/frosting on them.
