Mine is just a guess here, but perhaps it is a ribbon from a post-war "Wandertage" event. I have a couple of the Wandertage keepsake pins (think in the context of tinnies) in my collection and the motifs incorporate a variation of the wartime/57'er ribbons.
As I understand it, although the Wandertage" was (is?) something of a national event or movement, the celebrations were very much localized. If there was a notable person attending a specific area's celebratory event, that area might commemorate the attendance with a keepsake displaying the notable's name or likeness.
My current favorite is from a 1978 Wandertage in Kitzngen which celebrates Adolf Galland. It bears his image, and an ME-262, superimposed over a Knights Cross w/ OL&S. The whole thing is mounted on a ribbon which appears very much like a wartime/57'er EK ribbon. It's really unique.
When I saw your ribbon, the Wandertage events occurred to me. It would be one more area of possibility.Comment

Wandertage ... well less likely I would say . Been looking at this for a while .
Just the width measurement makes me think it might be more connected to a KC ribbon / KC holder .... post war for sure .
Grau - Gray ... means 'Trauer' and black - but is already on the ribbon and displays better . Could be privately made for : 'In memory of/for a KC holder that had passed away . ????
Or a fantasy piece ...?
