Anyone know where there is a list (if one exists) of Ritterkreuztraegger from Army, Luftwaffe, and Kriegsmarine Flak?

Biblio Verlag has published a 2 volume set dealing with RKT from the Flugabwehrtruppen (both WH, LW, WSS and KM) in the 90s. They cover alphabetically all KC holders belonging to the Flak.
Are you looking for a specific recipient ?

Thanks, no. I am looking for an Infanterie RKT, but the book is not out (his last name is Mueller). My interest in Flak is purely personal interest. I wonder how many won their RKs for shooting down planes as opposed to tanks.
