IC maker identification please

Stefan have a point there. But have in mind Shinkel L/15 did get his frames cores from other makers. I know there is a pic that Frank "moderator" also posted on a L/15 whit the dropp shape pin. I will take a close look at the rim and compare the L/15 to my L/59, but i dont think they match.
