Hi,

The cross is fine, nice three piece construction maybe the ribbon is replaced because its very long. Its in good condition as well. I believe it still has some frosting left especially on the ring.

What you have there is an early frame die S&L with half lug - and is not a W&L .
The frame halves were cut rotated 90% to the right - so the flaw is on the right arm now .
There has been a few of these lately .
