    EK2 1939 Eugen Gauss ?

    Can you please cast your opinions about this EK2, does it show the characteristics of a Eugen Gauss

            Cant quite tell is that a maker 125 on the ring which I think is for Eugen Gauss ?

                    I agree with you, a '123' as well, IMO. A '125' stamp is altogether a different mark/strike.

                      The maker mark was my concern, also forgive me if I'm wrong but also the rounded corners which appears to be a 123 maker trait

                        That's correct, that's something I've seen on every and each 123 so far.

                            Good observation, Dansson and Phil. I missed the rounded corners in the study of the '123' maker mark(s). Good teamwork on this one.
