There is definitely a chance it's a good S&L but I wouldn't buy it from one photo.

Yes a good chance of being wartime. But before you spend a lot of money you need better photos. Its also possible it could be a S&L postwar cross.

Anyone wanting to sell an expensive piece, as a KC, should present more and better photos! If honest, that is. IMO.
