    W&L / Juncker EK1 screw back

Something from the collection. A true factory made convex EK1.

Frame is W&L and the rest appears to be Juncker. So who made these?

Better question would be 'Who assembled it?'

      Excellent cross Rich.

That ,who assembled it ? This is a good question.
Because was the two maker between
IMO this is a Juncker with W&L parts & I think this the piece possible assembled it too by Junker ,because he used these types two parts disc screwback

of course this only my opinion

Great piece made by Juncker in my opinion.

Nothing in the manufacturing technique or materials suggests W&L as the maker.

            These are lovely, uncommon pieces.
            Best regards,

Thanks guys so possibly Juncker sourced frames from W&L initially until they created their own frame which would suggest this is the earliest type?

                nice piece, Rich.

Here is mine, awarded to Peter Edner, who was MIA in Stalingrad as a Major. I also believe that they were made by Juncker.

                greetings, Stefan

Nice Juncker with W&L frame and core .
Rich - yours and Stefans are the same frame and core .... however not the earliest W&L frame .
Both are W&L common 2nd frame and from the production die with the left arm frame chip .
Understandable a company would keep and use the better frames themselves and sell the not 'so good ones' to others .

As mentioned assembled by Juncker .
