Considering the very small amount of awarded 1813 EK1, and the fact they were returnable to the state after the death of the recipient. It's very rare to encounter an original 1813 EK1. I'm personally only aware of 17 originals world wide to have survived to present day. There might and probably is more of them, but where?

I have an authentic 1813 Ek2 that came off ebay. When I bought it,
the seller wanted to know if I was interested in also getting the Ek1.

Of coarse I was interested but try as I might, I could not come up with the
funds needed to buy the set so I had to settle of just the Ek2
