Doesn't look like an "11". Most likely a mis-stamping if it is Grossman.

Remember that 11 EK2s and L/19 EK1s use the same frames and cores.

Same core and frame, yes. Hoffstätters PKZ code was 8. So far I've never seen a EK1 marked for Grossmann nor an EK2 marked for Hoffstätter.

For me too, it's Grossmann (=11), on ring may be accidental damage, not the signature.
