    Welcome to the forum.

Your cross is an original Wachtler & Lange (W&L) '100'.

      Thank you for help me.

What is the most important characteristic of W&L?

Who many examples of this cross there are?

      Sorry for me bad english.

      Thanks in advance.

Basically there are two major ways to begin to immediately identify it's frame, it's 'hump' on the upper portion of the frame itself where the small ring is soldered to, and the 'crunched' beading occurring at 2:00 outside of the swasi. it looks like the beading is 'crunched' together tightly in this area.

Hi Eusko. You can use the tool "search" to find more info about your cross. On the other hand, it is impossible to know how many crosses this maker made (most probably thousands). Asking your question about the price, EK's have an standardiced price (75-110 € for your medal). Finally, I recomend you to learn (you are in one of the best forum to do that) before to buy (and to ask).

                Un abrazo y suerte

                    Thanks you,

                      Thanks you,
Wächtler & Lange's markings were 100 on the ring or L/55 in the lower rim of the reverse frame half. They are as common marked 100 as unmarked in my opinion.
W&L's marked L/55 can be considered rare.
