    Schinkel cross

This is my latest cross. I'd like to know your opinions. I bought it from a reputed seller, but I trust much more the democratic and wise opinions of this community. Sorry for the quality of the photos, but I can't do it better today.

    Thanks in advance.

Nice cross. Should clean up nicely if you choose to do so. Just looks like a little crud in the beading.

Thank you for the help guys.

The swastika is ok, it's just that it has a little crud in that arm. I won't clean it anyway, because I feel that it's like removing part of the story of the cross. Just an opinion.

            Regards and thanks again

The only thing is that it is not magnetic, but was sold as magnetic. A little disappointment

              Does this change your opinion?

Non magnetic makes it MORE desirable IMO...non-magnetic cores are typical for Schinkel crosses.

I didn't know that they were typical for schinkel crosses...
It's my first Schinkel and I wanted it to be magnetic. For me, there's something weird about Iron crosses not being made from Iron. Anyway, I like the cross which is the most important thing apart from not being fake.

Stefan is right...not all do. I have always liked the non-magnetic EKs just because the vast majority of other original EKs are magnetic...it makes them unique and more desirable IMO.

As mentioned non magnetic ones are more sought after.
So you have got by poor chance a fine cross.
