The "5" maker mark is bogus, and although the photos are poor, you can see the distinctive floch "3" in the 1813 date on reverse.

Almost bought it did not buy. In order to evaluate the cross (signature 5 is post-war) we have to take closeup photos, these photos are not suitable for anything.
But maybe that's the point...
