My head is swimming! I have researched this piece until my eyes see everything as one! I need help once again. IMO this is probably a repro. Problem is I'm looking for it to be bad. But I'd really appreciate your input. I don't have a digital scale nor calipers. My eye measures approx. 62mm wide with a wooden ruler. AAAIEEEEEE! Even the moment of clarity from many Guinness eludes me!

I'd wait for the opinion of the other guys but this to me looks like a fake, very similar to one I had. There seems evident two very very similar excellent fakes on the market of the 134 cross.

This one I believe is of the type that Detlev first brought to our attention some time ago now, and I subsequently purchased an 'up-graded' version of the fake

Note: If you look in Gordons book, The Iron Cross of 1939 the Klein DK date picture in there is not a Klein but I think a Juncker and you should go to page 198 for the Klein picture of the date. A printing/put together error that has been brought to our attention in the past.


Best wait for the experts on this, but I don't like it at all, date, rivets, fixture of catch.
