                I know 4 types of Hauschild's crosses EK2:

                1) not signed - full own core
                2) signed "56" - full own core
                3) signed "56" - mixed core = obverse "S&L design" core + reverse own core
                4) signed "56" - full "S&L design" core

                Regards

Guys, do you think this one might be full 56? Thank your for your help.

Just found it on one dealer's site.

I would point more at "mixed core", but a better photo (approximation) of the date 1939 would be useful to 100% of the correct assessment ...

                        Hi Jarek,

would not be mixed core with S&L core on the obverse?

IMO the core die is already used, but the obverse of the core is the "S&L design", so it's "mixed core".

                          Regards
                          Jarek

                            hmm thank you!

can you show some pure 56 core, please? Searching the forum but no wiser so far.
