I consider this ring a fake, but I am not an expert in this sphere. and, I want to know opinion of more qualified Colleagues.

Very hard to tell, because it´s not difficult for a silver smith to make a band ring like that.
However, my gut feeling says: pass!

You really need to get a close-up, in focus shot of the 800 stamp. That will reveal a lot.

i would say a good s&l ring with the "micro" standard 800 stamp.
@regen the top cross you have posted is an Juncker dot with correct Juncker loop...
