    Souval EKI Pre 1945?

    All, I need some help. I have read differing opinions from people on Souval EKIs. Some experts say, dropped 3 in the date, defect in upper left horizontal beading, crows feet in corner and fat swas indicate pre 1945, others say the opposite and some say there is no way to tell. Opinions backed by facts only please. What is the current consensus? Thanks for looking!

        It's a fact that in my opinion it's an authentic pre May 45 EK.

            Thank you all for your input! There is lots of incorrect info out there, but you have put my mind at ease. I paid $180 shipped from Germany, so it looks as if I made a good buy.
