EK2: Franz Petzl maker marked?

Hello:

Picked this EK2 out of the wood work. Making sure I am researching this correctly; appears to be marked "120" - Franz Petzl of Wien.

Is that correct? (Please disregard the KvK1 case - the vet's family thought that was a set with the EK2 ...)
