How can an Eastern Medal have an L15 stamp and it is issued after Otto Schickle was prohibited to make any orders and medals?
How can it be that L15 marked KVK1, East Medals, and West Wall Medals are found in cases and bags labelled Friedrich Orth?
The case for L15 is clear cut if you look at all the evidence.
That book is very good in the Charita section, only one awardee missing. The Williamson part does not really reflect what was already known in 2008. As I wrote above, Williamson made the same mistake that many did and still do: label everything with L15 a fake due to the confusion with L/15.
But, as always in this hobby, you don't need to buy it if you don't like it and don't believe the evidence.

... it's not only my book but also Gordon Willliamson and Josef Charita. In the War Merit Cross book page 131 is shown a L15 and it's called a Otto Schickle.
