    L73 ek1 ?

    I recently acquired an ek1 that is marked l73, after reading up on makers i cant find anything. It has a magnetic core, looks to be 3pc., and is strong compared to other fakes ive seen. Is this possibly a floch fake.

          Sadly, just fake. Not ww2 production.

                The 3 in the front date and pin set up are the first things to look at .
                One you have an eye for that you will be able to pick out this post war type .

                There are other fakes also - so need to study the bad ones first .
                I had started with a fake file first to have some thing to compare with .
