I just bought a 1957 RK from a forum member (thanks Soren!) and it came with a marked suspension loop. I believe that the RK is 1970's production.
The loop is marked "21 800". The measurements are as follows: length 22mm, width 10mm, and wire diameter approximately 1.5mm. I don't have anything to weigh it. Check out the pic below (using Soren's pic that he sent me).
Does this appear to be a genuine Godet loop; Wartime, postwar, or reproduction/fake? Not that it makes much difference, but it has me curious.
Thanks in advance!
