ek1 citation , good or bad??

Something I know very little about, although I collect ek1...

Is this citation authentic?
Does the signature add up (who's is it anyway)?

What is the value of this citation??

I believe the signer is Scherer. Unless the awardee is somebody special (fighter pilot, Knights Cross, or so forth), a "normal" Luftwaffe EK1 doc should go around 70-80 euro.
