EK2 marked 75-strange ribbon fixing??

I have just got this one today. The ring is marked 75 which I note from other threads is an unknown maker. The strange thing is the loop at the top is only fixed on one side. Looking through a glass I cannot see any signs of repair or damage it simply looks like this was the way it was made.Please let me have your opinions

Crosses from Souval has this type of soldering. Only soldered at the front. The ring on those are perfectly round though.

It is a good one. Souval EK2 crosses was produced this way. I dont know why your 75 is this way. Maybee an error in the production. I see no problem with the cross.
