2 deutsche kreuz (cloth) opinions

Hi, since, as already stated many times, badges world is really forbidden to me, would be very thankful for any comment on these two gold crosses (on cloth backing), one on blue gray cloth and the other on black.
I have a bad feeling at least on one of them, but, again, definitely need help on these. If pics are not enough, please ask me for more.
