EK2 mm17 ???

I need your opinion about this EK2.
I think maker marked - 17.
Is it correct or different maker?

That EK2 is a S&L with the ring marked - 4 .

Could not find the picture at first .... interesting side note :
S&L is the only maker with the "4" on the ribbon in all possible marking positions .
Stamped on the right side is less common .
