Very nice items,

I got from Erich Schmidt his 57' badges, including his 57'RK, but I got it without the Oakleaves. Nevertheless I would like much more to have the original war timing. Who knows, may be any time you want to sell it a t a good price!!!!

It found a good new home at another Forum Member's colection.

that's odd, the wartime set was sold to a private person (the previous owner) not so long ago.
Unless the '57 badges were in different hands already I find it strange that these weren't put up for auction.

They probably would have sold for a much higher price there...

I got it in an ebay selling. It was not cheap. The original KC was sold in Hermann Historica in the session 44 or 45(I don't remember exactly).If someone of the forum has the catalogues of Hermann Historica he can look for that. They also sold an Ek2, Ek1 and a Verwundetenabz. in Gold.
The travelling of the original 1939 cross in unknown for me.
I got also from the person who sold me the KC57 copies of the documents of Erich Schmidt and a picture(by email, not an originakl). May there were more than one Erich Schmidt, but I don't think so.
