It's a S&L made piece - sadly in poor condition with broken hinge and pin.

Some years ago, maybe 10-15, I remember a lot of this medals surfaced in the market supposedly from a hoard and comes in a range from mint to highly enamel damage and no hardware. In a shop in Madrid I handle several dozens, but not interesting to me at this time as prince were high and still controversial if wartime or not.
