Hello just would like to know if this is an original or repro? If original what manufacturer? Many thanks!

Sorry, but that one looks to me like a Floch fake.

No, I believe it's a "dipping 3" Souval. (In fact, I'm sure it is) There's a lot of threads on these, I think one pinned at the top. Read through that to find out if it's wartime or not.

Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

Hank is right but this the Souval type ,but IMO postwar type ( "dipping 3" and missing the swaz bottom missing from the pedestal )

          Hi Hank,

Sorry for the incorrect identification on the EK1. I think you are correct with the "dipping 3" Souval. My bad! I believe the incuse-relief mark of 'L15' is still considered to be a postwar-made Souval as it is with the Flochs.

          Best regards,
          Tom
