Sorry my friend ( Douglas ) but this not a S&L type , IMO this is an Unmarked Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Hanauer Plakettenhersteller (24)

The frame is probably wide enough for a 24 and the thick jump ring which S&L also used .
Dies are supplied by S&L to 24 . S&L is the only manufacturer of the slanted bead frame .
