Maker EK2 - Help requested

EK2's are not my speciality, so I would appreciate some help finding the maker of this nice EK2. I clearly have no idea

IMO it's Wiedmann's cross (=19)

I agree with Jarek ,but IMO maybe possible S&l too ,because the front date not same as Wiedmann type

I tried to compare the Wiedmann and S&L via internet pictures but it's hard.
Because of this I purchased the book from Mario Alt - Das Eiserne Kreuz 1939 2. Klasse. Time to get serious !

This is not signed intermediate version of Wiedmann's cross EK2 = frame typical of Wiedmann's crosses EK2 + obverse with foreign core S&L + reverse with own Wiedmann's core

Classification of Wiedmann's crosses EK2 is not rather simple Of course IMO
