Medal bar, your opinion.

All OK, no problem. Except the zoll medal is missing the ring i see and is pined on.

No expert but not sure if the customs medal is original to the medal bar despite the fact its also on the ribbon bar. The customs medal usually has an embroidered eagle on the ribbon and its missing on this medal bar so there could have been some other "service" award in the 3rd position (40 year treue dienst, 8 year police, 4 or 8 year SS, RAD ? etc) that doesnt have a device on the ribbon on this bar originally. The only point about my theory that makes me wonder is why replace a common medal with a less common one if it was originally a 40 year treue dienst
