Wow, I am a silver collector and know about silver...

It was gently cleaned by a professional silversmith as it was black.

Silver tarnish decays silver if left tarnished, do your homework before making ill informed comments..

You have no idea what your talking about.

Do you own the goblet are you a silversmith? I have collected silver for 30 years, this goblet needed to be cleaned it was black filth and covered in damaging fingerprints.

Here is one of my honour goblets, NOT cleaned as not required.

I also own a KC ofcourse uncleaned junior....

Yes i do own several Goblets and the first one i got back in 1994. And not one of them i ever touched with more then a towel to remove the dust. That is called patina and when i am not a total Idiot i am not alone with what i say, never clean anything from Silver from our Hobby beside with a Towel to remove the Dust....but no offense here, it is your Goblet, you own it and of course feel free to do with it what ever you prefer.....i just say what i do to mine

There is a great English slang word ‘Gob****e’ loosely meaning a person who makes ill informed comments about subjects they have no knowledge in.

Calm down, do you always get so aggressive when people views differ from yours. We can all simply agree to disagree. It is a forum for opinions after all and no offence was meant to be directed at your kind self.

And you should be a bit more calm. You want something to sell and we give our opinions on it. When i remember correct what i wrote 10 min ago i do say it is a nice very nice goblet but for me very very nice ruined from the Guy who polish it. And this have nothing to do with any kind of knowledge. So if you are in the mood to tell me i have no knowledge and all silver will rot away when it is not polish fine, then this is your opinion i do have mine. Coffee Massage and a nice walk in fresh air will relax and you will feel a lot better after
