Zimmermann hoard "mini" EK2 ?

Hello Collectors,

I have recieved a lot coming from the famous Zimmermann hoard today,
And this small platchet was part of it (it is alround 1,5X1,5CM big) Could anyone help me out with what this is ? A mini EK2 for a stickpin ?
I am sorry for my bad quality scans !

According to Niemann's price guide the 16mm was for KC, with 9 & 12mm for EKI/II. Jim
