EK1 - WW2 Vaulted... and salty- id help please.

So here's the third and presently the last EK1 I own... it's pretty salty, and it's vaulted. How uncommon is that? I posted this along w/some other things under another thread and everyone seems to believe it's authentic, although the pin has been changed out? It was suggested I post it here in the cross forum. I'd like to know who made it for one thing.

I agree. Also the core / swastika: is it repainted or touched up? Hard to say.
