nice cross but you try the magnetic ?
because ,possible that only copper coating this ,please test a magnetic

Sanya : He mentions in the thread title - not magnetic . I would hope he actually tested it -- as you say could just be a brass coating .
You caught an EK2 I had gotten as brass core and it was magnetic .... but sold as a brass core .

the heart is not magnetic.
