Iron Cross with Double Marked Pin - is it real?

I would sincerely appreciate any opinions as to the authenticity of this Iron Cross that is double-marked on its pin. The center is iron. Thanks.

Original and a bit rare (with the double markings), too!

Not rare with doubble markings. These Zimmermanns are surprisingly often found with both PKZ and LDO markings.
Uncommon at best
