Nice cross!
Case looks also good and in very good condition.
Can you lift the inlay?
If you see traces of dark, old glue and a KB number you're good.
When you can't lift the inlay, keep the opened case in UV light.
If the white cardboard edge between the case and the inlay glows, than it's repro.
Than the immitation silk probably glows also.
But judging the pics I say it is good.
