Not sure where the 'silver plating' is ? Looks like Nickel ?
Vague description ..... Is this a one piece steel cross with Nickel-alloy plated beading and frame ??

Seems to be a Floch fake. The L15 mark on the reverse is what we usually see on the Floch fakes.
