Real or Not German Spange

Wait for more knowledgeable opinions but, IMO...
Its not the typical "pant cuff" repro we see regularly but the detail doesnt look very good on these picts so you would definitely need much better ones to know if its original or a casting. However the design itself looks like an "unknown maker" variant (also attributed to E. Schmidthaussler by some based on 2 specimens found in cases with outer cardboard boxes marked to this maker).

At the very least the catch has been replaced but the front detail doesnt give me a warm & fuzzy feeling either from these picts

I agree with Jean-Claude and with Jim....it seems a cast copy from an original known spange.
