KC ribbon for review

Before I post on Estand, request to know if this is considered war time ribbon or a 57 version? It's 40 cm long and 46 mm wide. No glow under UV light and I count 23 threads on the white stripe. Pictures were taken in sunlight. Thanks for your help.

Post war for me. The edging on the ribbon looks modern and the slanted weave also not a good sign.
