S&L type for sure.
But as manufacturer I would say it's an Rettenmeyer as I belive to see quite clearly the Rettenmeyer flaw on the reverse.

For me looks like Rettenmayer too (it seems to me that I see a flaw external, bottom, right angle of the frame ... )
