I like the cross!
I'm not the guy who's word you should trust on paper items, but I think the Vorläufiges Besitszeugnis has a chance being original due that I had one of these VB for DKiG once and the Keitel signature along with the rest looks from mememory very identic to the one I had, except that I had the Keitel signature in black
