I have been having these awhile and badges and medals is not my cup of tea. I believe that they are real, but are they anything special? The one with the ring still attached is marked with the number 19. Thanks in advance.

The first cross is similar to cross Deumer. But still it is strange. Something wrong in it! (IMO)

The signed Wiedmann (=19) is o.k. but the second cross EK2 I see for the first time.
It draws attention to the strange date "1939" with a different size of "crunches" in the digits "nine" ...
IMO it can be fake.

I am posting some more pictures of the questionable cross. I know nothing of crosses, but this was purchased from the granddaughter of the vet who is my friends wife. It was one of a couple decorations and swords bought. The veteran who had brought the items back had been deceased since the 70's and the items were just stored away. I know that fakes have been around since the day after the war ended, but always thought as this one as being real.

The second cross is unknown to me. I dont remember another one like this.
But I have not a good feeling with it... In my opinion frames has not the correct wartime alloy, they are in another material. In my opinion it has not the correct charateristics of a wartime piece.Comment
