    post war L/12 knighs crosses

Help me out here with this: Under the RK section in this forum it indicates that Junckers made L/12 knights crosses for vets during the 50's and 60's as replacements. Did Junkers make up new dies to do this AND wouldn't the production of the swastica have been illigal?

Juncker didn't use their own dies, these had been destroyed in a bombing raid. The dies used were Godet's dies which had survived the war.
It was illegal, but no one seems to have cared. Steinhauer & Luck restruck Knights Crosses too, using the original wartime tooling.

Oh great! Now my head is spinning even more. I probably can fig. out the real L/12 cross although I've never seen a Godet. But, if I come across a S and L, I'd be stumped.
      Thanks GW
